Pricing & Features FAQ

Can I switch from Free to Pro later?

Yes. Your existing server history, watchlists, and custom tags automatically migrate. Pro tools activate within 60 seconds of payment, with zero downtime.

Is the Pro price per server or per account?

The price is per account. You can monitor up to 15 servers simultaneously, regardless of game engine (Minecraft Java/Bedrock, CS2, Rust, Valheim). No extra charges per realm.

How does the 14-day trial work?

You get unrestricted access to all Pro features, including CPU load distribution, tick-rate analysis, and automated backup checks. No credit card required. On day 15, the account safely reverts to Free without data loss.

Do you support non-standard query ports?

Absolutely. ServerPulse supports custom RCON ports, Steam query offsets, and direct TCP connections. Just input your server's IP and port during the setup wizard.
